T he beech sandal for yoga practitioners
The Beech Sandal is wonderful to help yoga students to maintain good grounding and stability within their practice. The sandal helps to continually train the foot to lengthen and broaden through gentle movement and walking, throughout the day. This gentle spacing of the toes aligns the feet with the ankle, the knee, the hip and overall posture.
If the toes do not seperate easily, for best results start by wearing the sandal for a limited time so that the feet can adapt to the new opening and stretching, then gradually build up longer periods of time until you can wear them to and from class.
